Cancellation and Refund Support

We value your subscription to Ancient Wonders and aim to provide a seamless experience for cancellations and refunds. Please review the following guidelines to understand our policies.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Monthly Subscriptions:

   • Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time by sending an email to sumsolank@gmail.com with your name, subscriber email, and the cancellation request.

   • Cancellation requests for monthly subscriptions will only be processed if received within the 72-hour window from the subscription start time.

   • Refunds will not be issued for monthly subscriptions after the 72-hour window has lapsed.

2. Yearly Subscriptions:

   • Yearly subscribers can request a cancellation at any time, and we will assess a refund for the remaining subscription period.

   • To initiate a cancellation and refund request for a yearly subscription, please email sumsolank@gmail.com with your name, subscriber email, and the request to cancel. Please include the subscription start date and attach a payment screenshot.

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds Within 72 Hours:

   • Users who wish to refund within 72 hours of joining the membership must email sumsolank@gmail.com with the following details: name, subscriber email, subscribing time, and payment screenshot.

   • Refunds will be processed for the amount paid within this 72-hour window. ( charge may applied)

2. Refunds for Yearly Subscriptions:

   • For yearly subscriptions, refunds will be calculated based on the remaining subscription period.

   • A processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative costs. The fee will be communicated to the user upon processing the refund request.

Important Note:

• Monthly subscription cancellations are only eligible for refunds if requested within 72 hours. Refund requests must be submitted within this timeframe. Please note that the refund process may take more than 7 working days.
